As seen in the photos. The one in the photos is the one you are bidding on. The case is included, there are marks and scratches on it from use. On the end of the large part it says 4SP with a serial, some of the little moving parts are down and some are up, they all seem to move when you apply a little pressure. I have not attempted to clean this and I do not know what the material is that it is made from. Sold as you see it for spares or repair. Free shipping.

1 of the tires has good tread, the other 3 have poor tread. They can be used as a "spare" tire for emergencies, or you can mount your winter tires on the rims in time for winter instead of having to pay each time you have your mechanic mounts or removes your snow tires. $30 for the wheel with good tread, $15 each for the others, or $60 for all 4....
