When working on customer satisfaction survey projects, the interviewer, in addition to capturing accurate data, will need to enhance the customer's experience by being polite, professional, and reactive to any customer issues and frustration.
Essential Functions and Responsibilitieso Conduct phone surveys via CATI (Computer-aided-telephonic-interviewing) systemo Follow standardized processes and procedures for executing the survey interview and capturing clear and accurate datao Be appropriately polite and professional with survey respondents, without introducing bias into the resultso Active listening while on phone with survey respondento Accurate capture of open-ended commentaryo In cases where a survey respondent is upset, display patience, empathy, and follow up action steps in accordance with training and procedureso Explain survey objectives and procedures to interviewees, and interpret survey questions to help interviewees' comprehensiono Maintain company dialing standardso Maintain confidentiality of all collected dataKnowledge and Skill Requirements o English-speakingo Active listening skills o Ability to follows directions well o Clear and understandable phone voiceo Reliable attendance o Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute Non-Required but Desirable Skills o Spanish language capability (speaking and writing)o Portuguese speaking language capability (speaking and writing)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
